BIGmode consulting is led by John Metcalfe who has developed an approach to transformational thinking in organisations that encourages, Boldness, Innovation and Going for Great (BIG for short).
John has most recently used this approach as the Chief Executive of two different large scale public sector organisations. He successfully turned around one of these organisations and was the Senior Responsible Officer for a programme that transformed and reorganised the other and six similar organisations into two new independent bodies.
